IC Industry Awards comes to Europe
The Awards will be presented on October 7th at SEMICON Europa 2009.
The IC Industry Awards are in their 5th year. It enjoyed an amazing response last year with over 100 companies entering and as importantly, in access of 25,000 votes cast.
The IC Industry Awards are a recognised platform that allows the semiconductor industry to judge and make their voices heard about the people and products and practises serving this industry.
The Awards focus on the people, processes and products that drive the industry forward. Technical expertise alone will not ensure a successful company so EuroAsia has created the IC Industry Awards to recognise the vital individuals and companies that enable a company to achieve success in a competitive global market.
What make these awards unique in the microelectronic industry is not simply that the winners were decided by those that use the tools but that it demonstrates positive relationships between tool and service providers and their customers.
The winners tend to be those companies that get behind their nomination and have a positive customer relationship. Manufacturers no longer wish to deal with companies that only provide a service. The microelectronics industry demands closer ties between customer and vendor that go beyond tool and maintenance.

Nominations are open to all companies, individuals and organisations within the IC industry and voting will occur through EuroAsia online and print services.
